I truly believe that anything is possible in today's scrappy business environment. Want to get be featured in the Wall Street Journal? Possible. Want to get your products written up on dozens of blogs? Possible? Want to drive major sales without a big marketing expenditure? That's what Scrappy Marketing is all about.
But...the one thing you need to realize that this journey won't be easy, or quick for that matter? True, anyone can do anything. For the first time in history a motivated small business marketer can go up against a behemoth corporate giant. But it takes some time and lots of elbow grease.
Most times success won't come over night, but once the train gets rolling you will be able to leverage the hype and build upon your momentum. If you work hard and deliver value, you will get people to listen and start building an audience. That's when things get fun.
Anything is possible these days, but there are no shortcuts in how you get there. That's the beauty, as big companies can't just buy their way to success anymore.
So Dream Big and Work Hard.
