Right now is a tough time. People are losing their jobs. Companies are cutting costs to try and stay alive. And marketing budgets are being cut. Finally.
So much money that used to be wasted on ineffective mass advertising that was impossible to measure.
Those budgets are being cut now and marketers are forces to do less with more.
That means less advertising spend and more marketing idea.
That means less "here is what we do" and more "what can we do for you.?
If you to do more with less, you have to stand out. And you stand out by providing value which can be either entertaining or informational. You can't stand by simply outspending your competition. Well you can, but that would be hugely ineffective and therefore pretty dumb.
The more value you provide, the less money you have to spend getting the word out.
So, how is your marketing providing value? Have you made the switch yet?
